Sold as a pair in a presentation box, these are the first wines made under my own name.

From the exceptional 2009 vintage, made with Chardonnay & Pinot Meunier grown in the chalk of the South Downs, half the bottles were riddled in 2012 and stored ‘en point’, upside down, with the other half remaining ‘sur lattes’, on their sides.

Both bottles have been aged for a total of 13 years before emerging from the cellars in 2023 to be disgorged as the ultimate reserve wine. With a full year on cork, the two wines are designed to be tasted alongside one another.
